VFTPD password issue

hello
i have installed vsftpd in my Linux(Centos) server and using filezilla for ftp.
but i have a problem while accessing via internet using explorer for remote user.if a remote user enter the password for the first time then whenever he open the explorer for ftp it didn't ask for the password again, which have a security issue.
Furthermore i wish user could upload but could not delete its own uploaded file.

This happens because the browser keeps the credentials cached during a session. You need to restart the browser in order to start a new session, or clear cached data

If you want users to upload files but not deleting/overwriting them, you should set
Code:
local_umask=0333
cmds_denied=DELE
