Very poor connection ...


Hi eveyone
I’ve installed Smothwall on a computer on my lan network to share my connection with other Pc’s
Now sometimes my connection is very poor someone can help me?

you could start by expanding on what "Poor" means here and some evidence to support your experience.

Ok sorry about this
i'm a real newbie in linux but i heard that it secure for my network, then i decide to install it, the best and easiest distribution is Smoothwall.
my internet connection was good for a while, but since few days it's goin real bad like it's not connected, i call the provider support and they tell me all thing was alright and there's a big tranfere of data from my connection, naturally i thinked there are someone using my hard disk and my connection ... some freids tell me they share warez things
now i'm here to get some helps about ...
you got in the top my list of pid and if you can, tell me what goin wrong
please
