Question Verizon ADSL with Red Hat Linux 8.0

Hi everyone, My DirectTV DSL is no longer available so I am forced to use Verizon DSL wich sucks because the port 80 and 21 is close. so now i have to host in another port. and i need to learn how to make it work with Verizon DSL because it needs some PPPeT stuff setup.

Can anyone tell me how to make Verizon DSL work with my Red Hat Linux 8.0? sorry if i am asking to much but i am pretty new at this OpenSource Operating system so i will need step by step on how to do it.

Also can anyone tell me how to setup my webserver to run in a diffrent port. i would like to host my website like this:

also can anyone tell me how to change the port for my ftp for example i would like to try it like this

please can anyone show me step by step

thank you so much for who ever replies to this.
