vbox sharefolder problem

Dear friends,
I installed vbox and windowsXP as guest and fedora13 as host. As discussed in http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch0...#sharedfolders i have run:
Quote:
$ VBoxManage sharedfolder add "WinXP" -name "Downloads" -hostpath "/home/rudra/Downloads" --readonly
but in guest,
as i prompted
Quote:
net use x: \\vboxsvr\Downloads
it gives error: Systemerror 53 has occured
the network path was not found

What is the wayout?

Have you installed 'VBoxGuestAdditions' to Windows XP?

I am guessing none of the options found on google work?

First hit I got:
Quote:
VBoxManager sharefolder add "Windows XP Professional" -name "VirtualFiles" -hostpath "/home/heinim/Desktop/TesteVF"

net use p: \\vboxsvr\VirtualFiles
Note there is no 'd' in sharefolder
