VAnet protocol


Hi,
I want to work on vanet protocol .
My application is like I want to do I2v and v2v communication and also show the site map of road to userbut dont want to use aodv,aomdv or dsr .
Except this i want to work on other protocol .
Anyone can suggest me regarding this
and also software necessary for vanet.
