Utility to read DIMM VPD data

Do we know of any utility that would read DIMM VPD data in the system? DIMMs on PCIe Card?

Please let me know.

lspci, dmidecode and biosdecode - I believe none of this utilities would provide the vpd data such as the dimm p/n, serial number, speed, refresh rate etc.

There is a program called vpddecode.
Not sure if it will read memory information
