Hi
I downloaded a new software that required UTF8 to be configured in my LINUX box.
How to check if this UTF8 configuration is ready or not?
How to configure it in order to fulfill the installation requirements of my new software?
In what condition does the configuration of UTF8 is oftenly required?
Help are most welcome.

hmm.. what is that software? GNU/Linux isn't a monolithic OS like MS winblows. There might be several different programming environments, so you first need to know exactly which one you're going to configure. Just say what is the program you downloaded, what you're doing and what it says. It would be much easier to help you.
