Smile using vnc in linux cannot see remote user help on screen.

Hi, default if we install vnc software like ultra vnc to windows pc, when this pc start the vnc server, than we can remote it,if now i remote it with other pc, at the same time who sit infront of this pc(vnc server) will see what i do(i remote it) in the screen.
In linux OS, i start vnc server, but difference with windows OS, who sit infront of this linux OS pc in screen (ctrl+alt+F7) will not see what i do(i remote it) in the screen.

In linux OS(192.168.1.1) start vncserver, first is :1, mean in remote side(vncviewer) need to keyin 192.168.1.1:1 , but in windows OS(192.168.1.2) when want to remote it just keyin 192.168.1.2 only no need put :1 :2 ...

How to configure linux OS same like windows OS during remote(can see remote person doing any on my screen).

How to configure windows OS same like linux OS during remote(dont lets people see what remote person doing any on my screen).

Thank u.

If I understand well what you want to do, then you should use x11vnc that allows you to connect to the actual X session.
