the sshd (ssh daemon) starts by default when redhat is booted, so unless you killed it, the daemon should be running.
just type in your linux box's IP in the hostname field of your ssh client, then your username (probably root) and your password and connect. it's not too hard.
if you don't have an ssh client, then i'd recommend putty. you can find it by searching this forum, there have been more than a few links posted to DL it. i use a cracked version of securecrt myself... but putty is free. :-)
