Users and groups

Hi
I have created a Group "developers" and added a few users to it. I want certain directories to have complete read/write/execute access for this group.

How do I add rwx permissions to the Directory for this group.

This directory is mounted with a FAT32 partition. The owner of the directory automatically changer to root when I mount the partition.
