user login problem
 

Hi all,

I have debian on my machine and i got the remote control desktop working. I also have enabled the wake on lan function so i can turn my pc on from an other pc.

But now the problem is, when the machine turns on i have to fill in a user and the password.

Otherwise i the remote desktop wont work. How can i let the linux system power on without asking me the username and password??

Ah problem solved, For the ones looking for the same problem:

Im using gnome.
-system->administration->Login window

under the tab "security" user "enable aytinatuc login" and choose the user u want to login
