USB Optical Mouse and Slackware 9 - I cannot get it working
 

I have Slackware 9 installed and I cannot get my USB Optical mouse working, when input.o is being loaded I get error messages.Here are my syslog and messages logs -

Could someone help me to fix this issue ? As you can see the USB Printer (HP DJ 920c) is working just fine...
