URPMI: "unable to get source packages, aborting". WHY???

Hi,

I can not install scribus. Here is the shell output.

[root@localhost dx]# cd tmp
[root@localhost tmp]# urpmi scribus-0.7.6-4mdk.i586.rpm
To satisfy dependencies, the following packages are going to be installed (4 MB):
libscribus0-0.7.6-4mdk.i586
scribus-0.7.6-4mdk.i586
Is this OK? (Y/n) y
package libscribus0-0.7.6-4mdk.i586 is not found.
unable to get source packages, aborting
[root@localhost tmp]#

I am sure the package libscribus0-0.7.6-4mdk.i586.rpm is in the tmp folder. Why the urpmi doesn't find it?

I tried to urpmi first the libscribus0-0.7.6-4mdk.i586.rpm, but the install did not go. The package wasn't possible to access.

What wrong do I do?
