QCAD and FreeCAD are drafting software similar to AUTOCAD the only limitating is that they dont support 3D volumetric drawing. Ofcourse you can generate your own isometric volumes with the 2D tools.
then you have software like LibreOffice that allows you generate spread sheets to keep control over a project and generate material list with cost and stuff.
