URGENT : bootcd2disk

Hello,

In order to create a liveCD and use it to install similar system, I have installed boocdwrite package. I have customised my installation on let's call source machine. The OS is a Debian with a grsec kernel.
I'm able to create the iso file and use it to boot an other machine from CD. My problem is regarding the copy of the CD content to the targe harddisk. For this purpose, I use bootcd2disk.
By default, this "tool" create only / , /boot and swap partitions on target. I tried to configure the bootcd2disk to create extra partition like /usr and /var.
After a long battle, I find some info about how to configure this. But I still face trouble when the tool have to create partition.
The source and target disk are the same. The driver used on source side are stored in /dev/cciss/c0d0p1 up to c0d0p9.
When on target the tool create the partition, it only creates c0d0p1 up to c0d0p4. I want to have also c0d0p5 and c0d0p6, dut the driver does not exist on my CD.

I don't find where I have to specify to add also the c0d0p5 and c0d0p6 on my iso file.

Thanks in advance for help.

Hello,

Thanks for your link, but I didn't find regarding bootcdwrite tools.
The idea is that my colleage have already created the custom Debian etch installation. It's already prepared with the packages, the users, the directories we need.

Other idea?
