I want to do a CUPS filter working as printer server on the network environment. I tried using "lpadmin -p myprinter -i myfilter -v file:/myfileprinter" but when myprinter receives raw data from network CUPS denied to print to file. The round way was to define a stopped printer to receive spool file and work with it. But it isn't a fine solution. Please, somebody knows how to program CUPS to allow raw files to send to a file printer ? Thanks in advance, Luiz.
