I have downloaded Zorin 9.0 after some trial and error but successful, yesterday 2/25/2015 I purchased the Zorin 9.0 Ultimate went through the download process from the web and POOF!!!!!!, nothing, nothing, can some one help me go through the steps and download Zorin 9.0 ultimate. I am also unable to download from any disk on this OS, I have tried to download the Canon Printer with their software with no success. You can send your reply to my e-mail address. THANKS.

Welcome to LQ!

A few quick notes... first, your problem is only "urgent" to yourself. Everyone here volunteers their time and while many are willing to go to extra lengths to help with critical problems when necessary, using an uninformative title such as "urgent" or "help!" provides no information that might attract those with the knowledge you need! So please update the title to something like "Need help installing Zorin" and Zorin users will surely flock to your aid!

Next, please see the forum rules and other helpful pages to make your questions more meaningful. How well others can help depends primarily on the quality of your question and how much information specific to your problem that you provide. I must admit that I do not know what you mean by "POOF! nothing, nothing...". Is nothing downloaded? Is nothing installed? What?

So please take a deep breath, describe what you think should be happening, and what seems to not be happening and any messages visible on your screen. Also, a brief description of the computer, CPU, RAM, current OS, etc. will go a long way!

All of that said, I have no personal familiarity with Zorin so will step aside and wait for someone else to step up to the plate!

Good luck!

Is not ZorinOS Full a paid iso? Based on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS?

I think ZorinOS core is the free one?

Free iso links

Paid Iso links

Only urgent I go through is when I got the runs.
But I don't do diapers either.

I looked on the Zorin home page where you download the various versions. It clearly says the following:
Quote:
Please try Zorin OS Core before purchasing a Premium edition to make sure that your computer is compatible with it.
You say you downloaded it but did you actually install and run it as suggested?
