Upload limit in Squid 3.1

I have been working in squid for 2 months and used a command request_body_max_size 1024 KB and it blocks in uploading files whose size is more than 1MB (I have tested in http://www.freeuploadsite.com/).But we can upload larger files through mail and uploading sites like wetransfer, sendspace etc .Is there any other command in squid to limit the uploading in squid for all the sites, emails etc.

Well I found why I am not able to restrict upload limit in certain sites...well gmail, sendspace uses https and freeuploadsite.com uses http...squid is working in http, but not for https. Can anyone guide how to limit upload for https sites.

Thank you...
