Question upgrading to ubuntu11.10 from ubuntu11.04 using .iso on harddisk without burning


hello sir i have downloaded the ubuntu 11.10 on my computer and now i want to upgrade from that piece of .iso software without burning it as my laptops cd drive is not reading cd's..So please give the best way to upgrade it...with regard bijay
