Upgrading RH9 to KDE 3.2?

I just installed RH9 and I'd like to get KDE up to version 3.2. What's the easiest way to do this? I'm a REAL newbie but I've figured out how to install apt and yum but neither can seem to find KDE 3.2 to upgrade to. What's the deal?

that version may have to be compiled from source.

You may find an rpm for the binaries here:
http://rpm.pbone.net

make sure to search for kde-3.2*
