upgrade Clamav


I m currently running Clamav 0.87 on FC6. I would like to upgrade my clamav to the latest stable version 0.88.

how to upgrade Clamav? do i need to recompile it?

The FAQ on the clamav wiki points to http://wiki.clamav.net/Main/UpgradeInstructions. It's a good idea to read the whole doc, including the stuff imported from the old wiki.
