I have changed the reverse entry og name server and have restarted the named. Now i am able to see the desired when I do a nslookup in my sever with DNS as my server but when i try to make the DNS at some other server it shows the previous entry.
How much time will it take for other servers to update it.
That depends on the configuration of the DNS servers and the number of servers involved. If it's just between
the 2 servers you're using, it should be pretty fast, if DNS was configured properly.
