Updating RHEL 3 - CONFUSED!!

I have just installed RHEL3 (WS) from the RedHat media to a Dell GX270 PC. It appears that I need to update RHEL to accomodate the Dell hardware (video, etc).

But my customer doesn't have a valid "subscription" to the RedHat Network (it expired a few months ago). I'm trying to find EL packages to update manually.

Problem is - I don't know exactly what packages I need, or where to get these packages. I'm looking for binaries - don't want to mess with compiling source.

What's the easiest way to bring my RHEL3 WS system completely up to date??

Redhat relases the source RPMs for RHEL to their public FTP site. Luckily for you some nice people have gone and made 'rebuild' distributions where they've re-compiled these source RPMs to make a (free) distro that's almost exactly the same as the real RHEL distro (the main difference is they have to strip out all the Redhat logos from the installer packages and stuff like that to avoid violating Redhat's trademarks). The one that seems to be the most popular ATM is centos (www.centos.org). Centos 3.6 is the equivalent of RHEL3 update 6 so that's probably what you want since its the latest update.
