Update manager hanged when trying to install nautilus-drop-box


what can i do?
synaptic package manager can't work as well due to this problem.

Not really sure what you want to say. Cant get any idea what your issue is. Would you mind explaining a fair bit of your issue? What did you do? What do you want to achieve?

Are you able to install any package through command line?

I did update manager,
when it comes to update dropbox, it just hanged.

If he is using Update Manager like he says he would have just used the menu entry or the panel pop up to start it.

@ future_computer, you have posted a really vague question and it really makes it difficult to offer any real help until you give us some more information. Your user profile says you are using Ubuntu is this correct? what version are you using? Why are you using getdeb for dropbox instead of using dropbox's own build?

I think you will need to remove dropbox and start again but without more information it is hard to know what is happening.

the problem is solved, i suspect it is due to network connection unstable, data was not downloaded.
