Up2date problems

I donwloaded a file that configured repositiories for my up2date
Now in the critical information under the RED EXCLAMTION POINT says this

the applett has been unable to access the following information sources in it's last attempt:
sl-base-release @ http://dl.atrpms.net/sl3/i386/redhat, sl-updates-updates @ http://dl.atrpms.net/sl3/i386/redhat

where are the config files for up2date so i can just delete this repositories or is there an easier way. When I go on the command line I get the same situation.

You really didn't need to mess around with up2date. Usually it finds mirrors on it own and uses those for updates. Maybe you should undo any changes you made and return the up2date configuration to its normal state.

Might want to look into using yum. Personally I think up2date is a very terrible program to rely on updates.
