unzip error-- can someone help please?

[root@GAIDL-5007 Desktop]# unzip LS.zip 
Archive:  LS.zip

caution:  zipfile comment truncated
error [LS.zip]:  missing 50164140 bytes in zipfile
  (attempting to process anyway)
error [LS.zip]:  start of central directory not found;
  zipfile corrupt.
  (please check that you have transferred or created the zipfile in the
  appropriate BINARY mode and that you have compiled UnZip properly)

how may i resolve this error or what this error means?

It's telling you that the file, LS.zip is corrupt. I would follow the suggestions at the bottom of the error message. You could also try getting another copy of the zip file and see if that one is not corrupt.
