Use a Windows boot disk to boot from it and then run
fdisk /mbr

If your windows is 2000 or xp, there's no fdisk in the install/boot cd. But you can use that cd to log into your win installation (must have the admin password) trough the recovery console and type:

fixmbr (without any parameters).

It'll write a new boot sector to the disk, erasing grub. After that, win boots normally.
