uninstalling wineX


Hi,

when i try uninstalling winex it says that it is not installed wenit is. I use this command:

[root@localhost root]# rpm -e winex3.3.1-1.i686
error: package winex3.3.1-1.i686 is not installed
[root@localhost root]#

here you can see it is installed:

[root@localhost root]# rpm -ivh /root/Desktop/Files/winex3.3.1-1.i686.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
package winex-3.3.1-1 is already installed
[root@localhost root]#

Whats going on?

Code:
rpm -qa | grep winex
This will show you the installed package. It will show you something like "winex-3.3.1-1".
Code:
rpm -e winex-3.3.1-1
I think you don't have to write ".i686"
