uninstalling ubuntu and replace with new FC6
 
Greetings:

I have a dual boot, xp and ubuntu. I want to replace ubuntu with Fedora core6. My question is how to uninstall the ubuntu. What are the steps.

You don't have to uninstall Ubuntu, just tell Fedora to install on the Ubuntu partion and Fedora will reformat the partition and everything Ubuntu will be gone.

yes. when installing Fedora, it will ask you if you want to format that partition (where you are to install it, the same where was Ubuntu), you just say it "yes, format it!" =) (you can install Fedora without formatting that partition but it would cause lots of problems)
