uninstalling problem
 

hello guys,

i m beginner in linux operating systems and i face problem i tried but no result please help me out.i heard alot about this website so thats why i post my problem i know its foolish question but i need help.

i install redhat enterprise linux and then install open office version 1 and version 2 on it i want to uninstall open office version 1 but unable to uninstall it.Can anyone help me?

How you installed it, using packages or manually?

If you installed it using yum, then:

If you installed it using an rpm package:

If you used a tarball, (tar.gz) file, it is a little more complicated. Write back if this is the case.
