When I booted up the day after I installed the latest ATI drivers the resolution wouldnt go higher then 640 x 480. How do I uninstall the ATI drivers in Fedora.

I wouldn't install the drivers, that's a kinda using a sledgehammer to crack an egg approach. Rather, re-run xf86config and select a different set of resolutions and default colour depth for X to use.
If you can't solve it through reconfiguring X, THEN try to uninstall the drivers.
