uninstall php 5.5.9

I want to uninstall the following from Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5.

Package compiled and installed = php-5.5.9.tar.gz

which php = /usr/local/bin/php
php -v = PHP 5.5.9 (cli) (built: Feb 21 2014 05:00:44)

Trial result
--------------
make uninstall
make: *** No rule to make target `uninstall'. Stop.

There seem to be no "uninstall" in php-5.5.9/Makefile .
Which means no to : $ cd php-5.5.9/ && make uninstall

This is what you can do :
$ cd php-5.5.9/ && make install > my-install-log.txt
.. and then watch the text in `my-install-log.txt'
.. to decide which files to delete (in /usr/local/).
