uninsall java mandrake 9.1
I have made a mistake installing latest java and i want to unistall It. I have looked everywhere for uninstall in layment language nothjing i could understand. It all seems to be there but i used the instructions from the previous release and it dose not seem to be in mozilla.

Hi! How did you go about 'installing' usually it's just the reverse for an 'uninstall' ;) If you used an rpm, you simply type:
rpm -e filename So something like: rpm -e java Might be what you need. But it really depends on what you used to install. Cool |
Thanks I stupidly managed to wreck the installation of my linux system and had to reload it back on so the problem went away but thanks for the advice I now see what to do if i have to uninstall any thing again
