Unable to update


When I tried to update my firefox it get the message that I do not have the privledges to update. Im logged in as Root. Any help.. thanks in advance.

First which distro are you using ?
What exactly do you mean by update firefox ?
Install a new version of Firefox ?

Root...

You may not need to be "root" but "su" or "sudo" depending on which distribution you are using.

You do need to post more, and more illuminating, information.
