Unable to load samba server using GUI

Dear experts,
im facing a problem that was i was unable to load samba server using GUI.
When ever i try to press from Application > System Settings > Server settings > Samba , by right it will show up the interface but my case, i was unable to load it. i have no idea why this happen but i can provide 1 sympthom that might help to trace the root. When i load the GUI Samba, on the right top corner will always show a authorization KEY saying that " You're currently authorized to configure system-wide settings (that affect all users) without typing the administrator password again. You can give up this authorization." with the button Keep or forget. Ive tried both.. nothing helps. Can any here help me to solve this matter? Thank You.
