Unable to find kickstart file?

Hello Guys,

I am in attempt to install RHEL 5.2 through Kickstart. I have created a new-ks.cfg file with the following few lines:
Code:
# Kickstart file automatically generated by anaconda.

install
nfs --server=10.14.134.183 --dir=/mnt/lv07/RHEL/RHEL5.264BIT
key --skip
lang en_US.UTF-8
keyboard us
xconfig --startxonboot
#network --static --ip 10.14.236.111 --netmask 255.255.255.0 --gateway 10.14.236.1
network --device eth0 --bootproto static --ip 10.14.236.111 --netmask 255.255.254.0 --gateway 10.14.236.1
network --device eth1 --onboot no --bootproto dhcp
network --device eth2 --onboot no --bootproto dhcp
network --device eth3 --onboot no --bootproto dhcp
The Kickstart file is shared through nfs on one of server.
During the boot time when it ask for Linux:
I typed:
Code:
boot: linux ks=nfs:10.14.236.111:/tmp/new-ks.cfg
And Then it said: Getting Kickstart file and get stucked( looked through Alt+ F3).
The Alt+F1 asked me of ipv4 or ipv6 to select and when I returned to Back Page it shows "Unable to find kickstart file. Please modify or change the settings of the kickstart file"
Also now the Alt+F3 started throwing :
Code:
gtting kickstart file
unable to bring up network
sending dhcp request through device eth0
requesting dhcp timeout 45
Listening on LPF/eth0/00....
Sedning on Socket/fallback
DHCPDDISCOVER on eth0 to 255.255.255.255 port 67 interval 4
                  '' interval 9
I too tried with boot:linux ks=http://<path/to/kickstartfile>

but it dint work
Please do advise me in this regards.

Additional to the above, I tried through USB too. I put new-ks.cfg into pen Drive. And Mounted the boot.ini through ILO.Both through ILO.
But Now Can anyone tell me what path shoudl I specify during boot: linux ks= ???
My Pen Drive is in Windows G: Drive mounted to remote ILO machine.
Pls help

Is Kickstart possible without DHCP?
If no, then it might be due to DHCP..I guess
I tried putting kickstart file in USB and tried providing:
Code:
boot : linux ks=hd:/dev/sda1:/ks.cfg
And it worked but after sometime it showed error regarding the "Stage1.5 not found"
Am I missing something.
