ok so when you are not using dns you can alternatively have your sites accessed by making an entry in /etc/hosts on you machine.

if that entry is not there in the file then you cant access the site by its name like TestMerchant or something, you have to access it with IP address see section 3 how to access the site with IP in your doc.

There is no issue with firewall.

I am doing exactly same as described in section 3. Added the desried ip address according to tutorial but still cann't access web site through other ip address. Do you have any idea how can i make it possible?

I have solved the issue. I edited firewall configration make changes WWW(HTTP) 80/tcp enable. Now all is working fine. Thank you so much for all the helper to gave attention on my issue.
