unable to connect to server after adding extra interface

Hi,

I was always able to ssh into my server but i added the server as a dhcp-client on another interface. Now i'm able to ssh into the server from my dhcp-server but not in the original way without going through my dhcp-server.

Now i have 2 interfaces: eth0 and eth1.

eth0: the original ip
eth1: the ip from the dhcp

if i try to ping or ssh into eth0 it doesn't work anymore ( Connection timed out ).

I can only ssh to my dhcp-server and from there ssh into eth1. I'm using Debian.

Nevermind, just removed and added the default gw to the route again and that worked.
