unable to connect to internet , using nokia 2730....(in fedora 10)

i m using fedora 10..
i m trying to connect to net using "wvdial " and currently using nokia2730..
service provider is airtel(india).

every time i try to connect..it continue trying but does'nt connect....

a message continue to appear in mobile as "subscribe to packet data first"

and i m subscribed already....using a plan of 98rs per month 2gb....

what may b the possible errors.........
reply please..

main problem is "subscribe to packet data first" in mobile....

The subscription to your wireless plan has nothing to do with the error.
This link contains wvdial setup instructions for almost every type of connection, see if yours is set up correctly:

It's a couple of years old now, but info in it is still accurate.
I'm using Network Manager on F11, and have no problems using my Palm/Verizon connection, without the use of wvdial, you might want to try that out if wvdial still doesn't work for you.
