Unable to boot into Windows 8 from Fedora dual boot.

I recently installed Fedora 19 on a dual boot with Windows 8 and it's working great but I do not have an option to boot into Windows as it is hibernated.

I have done some research and apparently this is because of Window 8's fast startup feature which should have been disabled before a dual boot. Is there anyway to disable this feature when I cannot access Windows itself?

If not how can I get back to windows?? I have all of my work on it and desperately need it soon. If I deleted the partition of Linux would it boot back into Windows?

Thanks in advance for any help!

go into the machine bios, enable "legacy boot" and see if that helps

Try what wchouser3 said.
If that doesn't work there should also be a place in the BIOS where you can "disable the secure boot"

When I installed Fedora 20 alongside Windows 7 I remember seeing anaconda installing the bootloader--
Your GNU Grub Menu at start up should give you the option to choose Windows or Fedora.
Generally with Grub, Linux show's as the first os in the Menu and than Windows:-
