ubuntu skype and libasound2

I have the same error as the guy with the notebook. When I try to run skype, I get an "Error: Dependency is not satisfied: libasound2"

It was already installed, but I reinstalled libasound2 from the command line as was suggested. Still no good. Anybody?

We need more information to help you. What version of Ubuntu are you running? What version of skype do you have. Did you install skype with synaptic, or from another source?
