Ubuntu Panel is gone missing.
 

Hello,
I'm new to Ubuntu but already having a blast..but somehow I deleted my panel at the bottom of my desktop screen...I don't know what I did or how to undo it...Do you have any suggestions as to how I can get my panel back to the way it was when I first installed Ubuntu?

Delete the hidden directories under /home/<username>/
.gnome2
.gnome2_private
.gconf
.gconfd

then log out and back in again.
Obviously, replace <username> with your user name.

The above is good or u can try this:-

on the top panel right click and select add other panel then right clck on new panel set property to bottom and and then add item choose window selector and etc..hope
this works for u

I would recommend the same! It's easier than to delete multiple (hidden, btw) files. Also, you will understand how to configure your panels.

You make the assumption that there is a top panel. The method I described returns the panels to their original state.
