Smile Ubuntu gnome settings reset after every reboot

I dont understand why but my theme changes everytime i reboot. The original theme Human changes to i think dust. when i open the appearance applet to change back the theme, the original human theme is already selected. So i have to select some other theme and then i select human theme, then the theme changes.

Also the order of my taskbar icons changes and also the icons themselves.

Dont know what the hell is going on.
Please Help

There are config files for gnome in your home directory.
They are .gconf, .gconfd, .gnome2, .gnome2_private.
