Ubuntu 10.04 onwon't connect wired or wireless, don't detect the network at all
ubuntu 10.04 won't detect my network card at all I have it as a dual boot, my W7 works fine either wireless or wired connection .

Is this a new install of Ubuntu, Did it ever work?

If this is a new install, did you check the md5sum of the iso before you installed?
