Ubuntu 10.04 - missing "Build" directory for current kernel | 2.6.32-38-generic |

Hello guys,

I was trying to install a some wireless compact drivers, and I figured out, that my build directory is somehow missing.

Do you know how can I get that directory back, or copy it from another computer where it is? On my another linux pc with the same kernel it is present.

majo@laptop:/lib/modules/2.6.32-38-generic$ pwd
/lib/modules/2.6.32-38-generic

So this directory is missing on my home laptop:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 40 2012-01-24 13:22 build -> /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.32-38-generic/

Hello Evo2,

Thank you that helped, installation of compact-wireless driver was fine.
I have my build directory again.

:-)

In fact ubuntu software manager offered me automatically to download this package.
