Two x.org Slackware questions

Can you please tell me 2 things:

1)How can I enable my cyrillic fonts in X.org?
2)How to enable the mouse wheel?

I have Slackware 10.2

I found a solution for fonts. I've just copied my windows fonts from C:\WINDOWS\fonts to /usr/X11R6/lib/fonts/TTF. It's stupid but it works!
