Turning back on Autostarted Applications?

I turned them off trying to solve a problem in Xbuntu, now i would like to turn them back on?
As well when attempting to set up Lime wire(thats why i have above problem) i get this- 'Only one software management tool is allowed to run at the same time?'...And i can't get any further?..How do i disable then enable the other software management tools?
Thanks......
I SOLVED THE ISSUE,NO NEED TO REPLY.

Please post the solution. Other people will find your question through Google. It would be nice if they also found the answer when they find your question.

You simply go to:Applications, settings, then auto started Apps, then check or un check..
When you check the boxes, check which ones you would like to run) then the next time you login in to xfce the checked ones will run...
