well.. if you really don't want it you could uninstall it unless there are annoying dependencies that go with it.. i don't know, as i haven't tried - it doesn't show up on my computer at all for some lucky reason
This will open a window for KDE Wallet and you can click on Settings -> Configure Wallet, Select Wallet Preferences tab and from there you can disable/enable the KDE wallet.
