Please, can anybody give me small tty exapmle (code) for TTY driver for version 2.6.28 kernel core on ubuntu 9.04

there are source codes available in your linux installed system, you can search on it the codes you like. Try

/usr/src/linux-2.6.27.7/include/tty_driver.h
