Question trying to run ripped rosetta stone disk through wine on ubuntu intrepid

So far all I've been able to do is burn the iso to a dvdr. Maybe I burned it wrong or something but there is no setup.exe file on the disc so I don't know how to run it through wine. I read somewhere that you just right click on the setup file and you can select run with wine but there is no such file. Sorry if its a dumb question. I don't know much about this at all. Basically I probably need a step by step guide to running rosetta stone on wine starting with the disc image on my desktop. I checked the website already and it will apparently work. Any help would be really appreciated.
